Brilliant surgery, wall mounted clock would be useful. More nurses to take blood, as difficult getting an appointment, or you have to go to the hospital.

I have been with this surgery since I was born (69 years). Have seen many changes and all for the better. Dr Wilcox is my GP, find him easy to talk to, makes me feel at ease. I have complete confidence in him. Have seen other doctors, one in particular made me feel very uncomfortable, other doctors are good but I always try and see Dr Wilcox. I feel this is probably the best surgery in the town.

It's alway my pleasure to come to this surgery, It's spotless.and clean. The receptionist are very Friendly. And I always receive GOOD CARE FROM DR.G.WILCOX. A SURGERY WORTH 10 OUT 10.FOR PROFESSIONAL APPROACH.

Such a breath of fresh air - I could actually get appointments on the same day most of the time and when I couldn't, I was booked for the next available without having to start phoning at 8.30am every day. Lovely reception staff, nursing staff and doctors. Sad that I had to register elsewhere when I moved a bit further away.

The receptionists are always polite & are able to answer any queries. I book appointments online & have no problems getting the time & day I require. All the G P 's I have seen have always been professional & if I needed treatment outside the practice this was always arranged satisfactorily. I have occasionally needed an emergency appointment & this has always been available. My GP will telephone if I have a query regarding medication which saves time for us both. I am informed when there are general surgery for vaccinations. I find the online service very convenient & easy to use. The pharmacist attached to the surgery also offers a very good service the staff are always friendly & will give advice if requested.
